SJ worked with Adidas to increase ‘on the day’ closing performance, as a Learning and Development Director at i2 Offices Ltd, creating and delivering The Learning Academy and developed a 3-week intensive ‘Mindset’ programme for a member of the USA Paralympian team who went on to win 6 gold medals at the Rio Paralympics one month after the programme.
SJ inspires a level of engagement and commitment that empowers individuals and teams to hit performance levels they didn’t think were possible, with this in effect creating long-lasting employee loyalty in addition to personal growth.
SJ is an ex-ballet dancer who performed in The Nutcracker at the Royal Festival Hall.

Rachel has worked within a multitude of industries partnering with SME’s and global brands. She has a breadth of experience in talent management, from creating early careers programmes to implementing direct sourcing models, developing TA teams, and delivering Management Development Programmes. Rachel has also supported businesses through strategic talent reviews and employer brand implementation.
Outside of work, Rachel is a foodie and enjoys spending time exploring the British coastline with her husband and young family.

Kirk has over 20 years of professional business services experience, infused with 15 years of operational exposure working on the frontline for the UK’s largest non-Metropolitan Fire & Rescue Service. He has a strong background in consulting, training and development, with expertise in enterprise, human resources, and mental wellbeing.
His training and facilitation style is both motivational and warm, with a dynamic and fluid approach to working with all people and groups to deliver collaborative and enjoyable training programmes. He is a strong communicator, who flourishes when empowering individuals.
Kirk is a passionate and committed trainer and facilitator who excels in modern mental health learning. He brings this subject to life, sharing past experiences from operational rescues, bereavements, and his own personal insight into post-traumatic stress and experiences of working with vulnerable ages groups, leading to innovative facilitation of training for community members, individuals, and corporates.
Kirk’s free time is limited as he supports his local community as an on-call Crew Commander for Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service. When time allows, he is a keen paddleboarder and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
